Ornelle for iOS
Terms of Use
Last updated September 2026
The agreement
Ornelle is an iPhone app published by Mashqur Habib Himel. Downloading or using it means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.
The app is also covered by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which applies to every app distributed on the App Store and can be read at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Where that agreement and these terms disagree, Apple's takes precedence.
What the app is
Ornelle gives styling suggestions: colours, garments, jewellery, hair, and footwear for an occasion you describe, adjusted for the weather forecast on the day. It is advice, not a rule. What you wear is your decision, and the app is not responsible for how a suggestion is received.
Weather
Forecasts come from Apple's WeatherKit and are estimates. Conditions further ahead than a forecast reaches are built from what those dates have been like in past years, and the app labels them as such. Neither is a guarantee of the weather on the day, and neither should be relied on for anything but choosing clothes.
Free use
Without a subscription the app allows four outfit recommendations, one planned event, and one outfit score per month. The count resets automatically. Returning to a recommendation you have already been given does not count again, however many times you come back to it. These allowances may change in future versions.
Subscriptions
Ornelle Premium removes those limits and keeps a deeper lookbook. It is offered as an auto-renewable subscription at $5.99 per month or $39.99 per year. Prices are shown in your local currency inside the app and may vary by region.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. A subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of that period.
You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account settings — on your device, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the subscription remains active until the end of the period already paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Refunds are handled by Apple, not by the developer. Requests are made at reportaproblem.apple.com.
What happens if a subscription ends
The monthly allowances apply again. Outfits you explicitly kept in your lookbook are never deleted because a subscription lapsed — the app simply stops accepting new ones beyond the free tier's limit, and its automatic history returns to the shorter length.
Your content
Your answers, saved events, scores, and lookbook are yours and stay on your device. The developer has no access to them and claims no rights over them. Backing them up is your responsibility; the app is local-only, so a lost or reset device loses them.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the app or its style tables, or use it in a way that breaks the law or Apple's terms.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any loss arising from its use, including a recommendation you were unhappy with or a forecast that proved wrong.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the app changes. The current version always lives on this page, with the date at the top revised. Continuing to use the app after a change means accepting it.
