What is KeepThoughts?

A simple and private space to capture your ideas, notes, memories, and daily thoughts.

Where are my notes stored?

On your device, and in your own iCloud account if you have Premium sync. Their content is never collected, accessed, or received by the developer, and is never sold or shared with third parties.

Will my notes sync between devices?

iCloud sync is part of KeepThoughts Premium. With it, your notes are kept current across the devices signed in to the same Apple Account. Without Premium, notes stay on the device where you wrote them.

I paid for Premium but it is not unlocked

Use the restore option in the app, and make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account used for the original purchase. Purchases are tied to your Apple Account, not to the device.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds are handled entirely by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple Account. The developer cannot issue refunds directly.

What happens to my notes if I delete the app?

Deleting the app removes the notes stored on that device. If Premium sync was active, copies remain in your iCloud account until you remove them there. Back up anything you want to keep before deleting.

Why does the app show ads?

KeepThoughts is free, and advertising through Google AdMob is what supports it. The ad service collects device and usage data as described in the privacy policy — never the contents of your notes.
